How to File a Dispute if You Fulfill eMadani Criteria:
Applications may be rejected for reasons such as incorrectly entered details or failure to fulfill citizenship, age, and income requirements. Some rejections are reported to be due to the absence of LHDN tax filing records for the year 2022.
Important Note: Each eligible Malaysian can only redeem the RM100 eWallet credit once from one of the four participating eWallets.
If your eMadani application was rejected, follow these steps to file a dispute:
1. Setel:
- Submit a dispute to hello@setel.com.
- If the rejection is due to invalid identification, be prepared to provide additional information for verification during the dispute process.
2. Shopee:
- Contact Shopee customer service to raise a dispute.
- Choose "eMadani Claimants" as your user type, select “eMadani Unable to claim,” and fill in your personal details. Attach supporting screenshots.
3. TNG eWallet:
- Submit a dispute by selecting “eMADANI” and “Claim Rejected” through the Touch 'n Go eWallet support request.
- Provide additional details about your eMadani application rejection and attach supporting documents.
4. MAE (Maybank):
- Reach out to the respective eWallet service provider to whom you submitted your claim for further assistance.
- For Maybank-related disputes, contact Maybank Group Customer Care at 1300-88-6688 or email mgcc@maybank.com.my.
By following these steps and providing necessary documentation, you can initiate the dispute process and seek resolution for your rejected eMadani application.
